Cotton coil/desiccant inserter

To protect the tablets or capsules in a vial/bottle sometimes a cotton coil is applied. The coil serves to keep the environment dry and to protect hygroscopic products. Apart from that, the cotton prevents the tablets from being damaged when the container is shaken.

To protect hygroscopic tablets, a desiccant is put into the container to keep the environment dry. Zellwag Pharmtech developed her own desiccant inserting modules to be integrated into various transport platforms and machines.
