Crimp capping

We crimp alu caps and flip off alu caps by means of mechanical heads. The vial remains stable and is not turned. Thus, any particle generation or air turbulence is avoided and there is no damage risk to the glass body. Each head size is a format part. Thus, there is no need for parameter setting. Only the head needs to be replaced. We offer standard sizes of 8 mm, 13 mm, 20 mm and 32 mm as well as any non-standard size.
