Process control
In-Process Control
In-process control: During in-process control (IPC), the product is weighed during the process, the fill level is determined by means of an inductive sensor, the air content in the product feed tube is determined by sensor or the torque is detected during the screw capping process, in accordance with GMP to produce as little scrap as possible.
Post-Process Control
Post-process control: During the post-process control, the product is checked after completion of the process with the help of various sensors for correct filling level, presence and correct fit of stoppers, caps and possibly barcodes or labels. Defective products are rejected from the process.
