Sealing
Sealing
The induction sealing is a non-contact method where an aluminum-sealing disc in the closure is connected to the opening of a container in order to close it securely. First, the closures of the container are provided with a sealing disc. Then the container is closed. The containers are carried along underneath the spool by means of a conveyor belt. The sealing coil creates an induction field which heats the aluminum sealing disc in the closure. This liquefies the adhesive on the glass. The sealing disc separates from the cap and connects, after cooling, with the container.
