General provisions

1. The following provisions apply to all purchasing obligations of Rychiger Pharmatech AG (hereinafter referred to as “RYPA”) towards its suppliers (hereinafter referred to as supplier), unless otherwise agreed in writing in individual cases.

2. Conditions of the supplier are only valid for RYPA if and insofar as they have been expressly agreed to in writing.

3. Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Purchase be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid.

Offer, order, order confirmation

4. Offers, the corresponding documents and sample deliveries are free of charge for RYPA.

5. Order made by RYPA are only binding if signed by letter, fax or e-mail. Oral and telephone agreements are only binding, if they have been confirmed in writing by RYPA.
