Our commitment to COVID supporting industries

As the pandemic shows no signs of abating and the recognition that this fight will be with us for some time to come. If you are a business looking to develop new manufacturing or further automate your production and require everything from table-top filling and closing equipment for small-batch production to commercial scale batches, then the swiss machine manufacturer Rychiger Pharmatech AG is on-call to help. Whether it is the manufacturing of samples collection devices for blood or DNA isolation, immunoassay reagent kits, DNA/RNA PCR test kits or sterile vaccine drug manufacturing, our advanced know-how in the pharma, healthcare and IVD sector enables us to supply state-of-the-art cGMP production equipment that ensures supply of COVID-19 test kits as well as support for vaccine and pharma drug programs around the globe.

IVD reagent Kit Production

To specifically support IVD research and manufacturing operations, Rychiger Pharmatech has streamlined and further developed their machine platforms for the scalable manufacture of sample collection tubes (nasal, throat, saliva, faecal), ELISA reagent and PCR kits from lab-to-pilot-to-commercial scale. As standard platforms with short-lead times for quick delivery and deployment and efficient workflows for manual, semi-automated or full automation operations. The modular Rychiger Pharmatech Z-110 is the mainstay for the medium-scale filling and closing of RNA / DNA reagents in microtubes and many research molecular diagnostic kits such as DNA sequencing and NGS kits. Whilst the Rychiger Pharmatech Z-110 is especially equipped for larger volume bottles and reagent containers for ELISA and other immunoassay reagent kit production such as IFA or buffer bottles with dropper inserts for the lateral-flow assays.

Healthcare Filling & Closing Machines

The modularity of the Z-110 allows it to be configured easily to the filling and closing of hand sanitizer gels and other liquids such as mouthwash including different sprays and nozzle insertions for the different delivery mechanisms. Alongside the Z-110 for the handling of powders or tablets into bottles and containers, Rychiger Pharmatech machines are perfectly suited to gels, creams and various health supplements to promote well-being and health during these unprecedented times.

Sterile Pharma Fill / Finish

Continuing the theme of modularity and scalability, Rychiger Pharmatech has developed several new, aseptic filling and closing machines including PFS, vials, bottles and cartridges. This range from dedicated filling lines specific for vials/bottles or pre-filled syringes (PFS), to the start-of-the-art aseptic filling machines for multi-format pharma operations covering vials, PFS and cartridges in one machine, accommodating all of the Ready-to-Use primary packaging suppliers. Rychiger Pharmatech has recently just launched the first of a new family of affordable, short-lead time, laboratory table-top filling and closing platforms (the Z-Lab, Z-Cap, Z-100) which mirrors the exact methods and techniques as used in commercial-scale production machines targeted specifically at the development teams for vaccines with vials and PFS as part of their scalable and modular machine building philosophy. Whether it is your first machine foray into fill / finish operations or an established pharma or CMO, Rychiger Pharmatech is ready to support your COVID-19 efforts and value the contribution so many research groups are making around the globe.
