Tablets

With a rotary wheel a very small amount, e.g. one, or few tablets per container can be counted. Advantages of a rotary wheel: Clear tablet/capsule separation before counting, vibration-free filling, tool-free format change (rotary wheel exchange), single count guaranteed (jam prevention).

With a vibrating funnel a large amount of tablets per container can be counted.

Advantages of the vibrating funnels: high-precision counting thanks to infrared sensors, no product depending format parts are necessary, easy and reproducible product change, integrated output of product dust and broken parts, tool-free exchange of all parts in contact with product.
